Griffonia simplicifolia, also known as the African black bean, is considered to be a great source of 5-HTP (hydroxytryptophan). This amino acid can easily cross the blood-brain barrier and is then almost completely converted to serotonin. Each Griffonia capsule by i like it clean contains 150 mg of the amino acid 5-HTP. The capsules are vegan and non-GMO.
Recommended dosage:
