The eyebrow pencil has an ultra-fine tip with a cream-gel texture. It is designed with an integrated spoolie at the opposite end that shapes the brows and blends excess product. The formula contains high-quality, smudge-proof pigments and is easy to blend.

Application:

• Create a natural look by applying the eye pencil to the inner area of the eyebrows outwards.
• Repeat the application as needed.
