Simply massage the gel in gently and enjoy a conscious self-care moment that smooths and delicately cares for the fine skin around the eyes.

Application:

1. Cool & prepare: Wash your hands and apply a small amount of gel to one fingertip. Tip: Hold your fingers briefly under cold water beforehand to intensify the cooling effect.
2. Centre yourself: Breathe in and out deeply a few times. Feel how your stomach rises and falls. Calm your breathing and direct your attention to the here and now.
3. Gently apply: Spread the gel carefully over the eye area - above the eyelid, under the eye and at the outer corners of the eye. Feel how the light, cooling texture helps you to ground yourself.
4. Finger mini massage: Place your index and middle fingers on the inner corners of your eyes. Gently stroke outwards in a semi-circle over the upper eyelid, then back inwards under the eye. From there, stroke over the eyebrows to the temples with light pressure. Repeat this movement five times to stimulate circulation and reduce signs of fatigue.
5. Notice the shift: Pause for a moment and feel the difference.
