Application options:

• Run the roll-on stick over the pulse points and enjoy the fragrance whenever you feel like it.
• Apply the concentrate to inner wrists, hold it to your nose and inhale deeply.
• Neck: Massage the concentrate onto the occipital area of the neck in a circular motion.
• Shoulders: Relax the shoulders and apply the concentrate to the upper shoulder area in a rolling motion. Pull the shoulder up to your ears, pause and then lower it. Repeat as required.
