The Blonde Rx Express Blonde Concentrate by FEKKAI is made with a unique blend of hydrogen peroxide, natural citrus, bamboo extract and ultraviolet pigments that neutralise hair without damaging it. The formulation instantly lightens melanin, preventing yellowing and brassiness. The concentrate also provides optimal care for dry or dull hair, as it moisturises the hair whilst lending it more volume and a silky shine. Application:

Spray the concentrate on clean, towel-dried hair
