These no-fuss hair masks are so easy to make: simply mix all the ingredients in a bowl or other container and apply evenly to damp hair. Then, wash out using a shampoo and style your hair as usual.

Damaged Hair & Split Ends

When used on the regular, this miracle-working hair mask supplies the hair strands with moisture helps damaged hair and split ends appear healthier.

½ peeled avocado
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp mayonnaise

  • Leave on for 10 - 15 minutes. Use once a week for best results.

Dry Hair & Increased Elasticity

This DIY hair mask fortifies the hair's natural elasticity and delivers hydration. The list of active ingredients has a lasting soothing effect on the scalp. Lavender oil can be omitted if preferred.

1 banana
2 tbsp olive or almond oil
3 drops lavender oil
1 tbsp honey

  • Leave on for 10 minutes. Use once a week for best results.

Flaky Scalp / Hair Growth

The skin has the tendency to become drier and flakier during winter. This, too, applies to the scalp. Apple cider vinegar balances the pH level of the scalp and promotes circulation which, in turn, stimulates hair growth.

  • Leave on for 15 minutes. Use twice a week for best results.
