MERME Berlin Stainless Steel Gua Sha

The Stainless Steel Gua Sha by MERME Berlin is the perfect tool to gently minimise morning signs of tiredness. Material: Stainless steel

Application:

• Practise the following steps 10-15 times per side.
• Jaw area: Start at the centre of the chin and slowly move the Gua Sha upwards towards the ear.
• Corners of the mouth: Glide the tool from the corners of the mouth towards the nose.
• Eyes: For the area under the eyes, glide the Gua Sha very gently from the inner corner of the eye outwards towards the temple.
• Cheekbones: Glide upwards over the cheekbones and outwards toward the temple.
• Nose: Glide the Gua Sha from the tip of the nose to the forehead.
• Forehead: Draw the Gua Sha from the root of the nose towards the hairline and towards the temple.

Tip: Store the Gua Sha in the fridge to enhance the positive effect.

Cleansing: Rinse with warm water and mild soap, then dry it thoroughly.
