The Breathe Easy Sauna Infusion by SAINT CHARLES is based on a natural, tried-and-tested formula and combines three essential oils: eucalyptus, spruce and tea tree oil.

Directions for use: Depending on the desired intensity, add 10–20 drops to cold water and then pour over the stones.
