Application:

For best results, gently clean each nail with Nail Polish Cleanser to eliminate any oily residue prior to painting.
To achieve a perfect manicure, apply a thin layer of Base Coat to the nail and allow to dry.
Follow with your favourite Kester Black polish, and seal with the Kester Black Top Coat.
